Please note that by placing an order with Bad Taste Boutique you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our shipping policy:

  • Estimated Shipping Times: All shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, carrier delays, customs processing, unforeseen weather conditions, or high seasonal volume.

  • Loss or Damage During Transit: While we take great care in packaging your order, Bad Taste Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for items rented passes to you, the purchaser. We recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and/or insurance for valuable items.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Bad Taste Boutique is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return after rental/Late Fees:  Upon conclusion of your rental period, the customer has 3 business days to return the rented item(s). Should items not be returned within this designated timeframe, a late fee of $50.00 per day will be charged and applied for each day past the deadline, until the item is received.

  • Returns/Exchanges Due to Shipping Issues: Our standard return and exchange policy applies to items received. However, if an item is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Policy Updates: This shipping policy and disclaimer are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review our policy periodically for any updates.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Here's how we get your awesome Bad Taste Boutique goodies to you:

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Once you place your order, we typically need 7-10 business days to prepare and package it with care.

  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:

    • Standard Shipping: Our most common option:

    • United States - usually delivered within 3 to 7business days after processing.​

    • International Economy - Usually delivered within 10 to 25 days

    • Expedited/Express Shipping: Need it faster?

    • United States Express - This option delivers in 2 to 4 (or sooner) business days after processing.​

    • International Express - This option delivers in 5 to 10 days (or sooner) after processing,

    • We use ship USPS/UPS for our shipping carriers.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • United States - Shipping is free for our Standard shipping. Express shipping can be processed at check out for an additional expense to the customer.

    • International - Shipping is applied as a Flat rate for smoother check out. *IMPORTANT -for international shipping - customers are 100% responsible for all import duties, taxes (VAT/GST) and handling fees levied by their country.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.

  • Incorrect Address:

    • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order! We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you might be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • While we pack everything carefully, once a package leaves our hands, it's up to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you have an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number, and let us know if you need any assistance.
